It was the last September. When I was in Vancouver, I was just lucky enough to catch the VIFF '07. Staying in Vancouver HI downtown in Granville (Where is Smallville?), here came an indie film maker from Montreal and he talked about this "Battle in Seattle".
I did not make it for the movie even I had managed to have covered "Atonement", "September", "Control" when I'm busying in visiting different areas of Vancouver.
It was not until now that I just have finished the movie. The story is about several L&Gs in pursuing their truth, about husband/wife and their unborn, about a journalist and her selfawareness, about politics/human rights/business interest, about a battle in the streets, about a battle of everything.
The film tries to touch all the possible aspects from the chaos and out of the chaos, but not let me felt as heavy as Crash or Babel. You must to see it if you have the chance.
